This project, located in the heart of Geneva, involves the conversion and elevation of a mixed-use building (offices and residential accommodation) comprising two buildings on two different streets.

The existing building, built in the 1960s and considered to be in a serious state of disrepair, is to be completely renovated, in particular by rebuilding the thermal envelope and adding an earthquake stabilisation component. A new staircase built in the inner courtyard between the 2 buildings will replace the two existing stairwells. The interior spaces will be completely reconfigured, and an elevation will be created on each of the two buildings.
