Located along the Route de Loëx in the commune of Onex, the project offers 68 homes in a U-shaped urban form. This particular form of open block provides a semi-public outdoor communal space not only for the residents of the building, but also for those living in the neighbourhood.

The building's typology is derived from the urban morphology and its connection to the Route de Loëx; the generous entrance halls are all accessible from the courtyard, the project's real green lung, and are equipped with communal areas (laundry, bicycle and pushchair rooms). The flats are all through- or dual-facing, with their living areas on the courtyard side.
